For us, I guess the date is good ( but maybe we can give to possible dates and see when most people can come). I also like to come from 25-31 August. Maybe, if this is possible for you, we can ask these to dates.

I think I have a lot of emailaddresses, but I think most of them changed, but I am sure we can reach at least 1 person per city, and hat person can give us all the addresses.

Maybe, if there is not enough response, we can also just take 5 days, or something like that?
